Qualifications: Self-motivated, driven, determined, persistent, sales oriented.Â Â Strong problem solving and time management skills required. Individual must be detail oriented and capable of working in a high-pressure environment.Â College degree preferred.Â Texas Property and Casualty license is preferred but not required.Â Previous sales experience in another industry is a plus.
